Chukwuemeka 'Emeka' Eze directs Ashflex's Procurement & Logistics practice. He has spent his career inside the engine rooms of complex supply chains — most notably in oil & gas downstream operations — and now brings that experience to corporate clients looking to take cost, risk, and friction out of how they buy and move goods.
Emeka has led procurement transformations for more than fifty organisations, redesigning vendor frameworks, renegotiating long-running contracts, and building category-management capability inside client teams.
He is known for sweating the details that matter: contract terms, lead times, landed cost, and the operational discipline that turns a plan on paper into measurable savings on the P&L.
