Uzodimma Ogbonnaya is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ashflex Resources Consult Limited. Since establishing the firm in 2010, he has built it into a trusted partner for small and medium enterprises across Nigeria — guiding founders, boards, and management teams through periods of growth, restructuring, and transformation.
His career spans more than fifteen years of hands-on advisory work in business strategy, corporate finance, and new venture creation. He has helped clients raise capital, refine operating models, enter new markets, and professionalise governance — with engagements spanning oil & gas services, agribusiness, professional services, and technology.
